Splint for pigeons

Designed for pigeons and birds of the same size. Here finally is a device which will solve all of your roblems of leg fractures: no more plaster, bandages, splints and no more wase of time and money! The PIGEONCLIP hase been scientifically tested and is proving essential to reduce femur or tibia fractures properly. Very strong, the PIGEONCLIP can be used several times. Very light( pribl.6g), the PIGEONCLIP will not hinder the movements of the animal.

Directions for use:

Closed fracture:

-wrap the leg in cotton wool( the cotton wool thickness will depend on the thickness of the leg). Never squeese the leg in the PIGEONCLIP.

-pluck lightly the top of the thigh if necessary

Open fracture:

-only a veterinarian is able to treat the open fracture properly

-But once he has disinfected, treated and stitched the wound, he will use the PIGEONCLIP as described above , without any danger of maceration because of the ventilation holes in the device.

- check the wound every 3 days and change the cotton wool if necessary in both cases always stretch the leg to the max in order to set the fracture properly. The PIGEONCLIP must be worn for 3 weeks.
